A new concept in tapping and cold forming of threads
Bilz WFLC-MQL tapping systems, with extension and compression, are designed for use on both manually-and numerically-controlled machines.
The new concept is characterized by asymmetric arrangement of the balls, resulting in optimum force distribution and thus making the length compensation superior to previous systems. When combined with a stiff initial cutting pressure, WFLC-MQL systems ensure accuracy and effective operation under the most difficult of machining conditions.
The WFLC-MQL chuck is designed for minimum quantity lubrication up to 10 bar pressure. Changing of tap adaptors is simple and effective and does not affect the systems of the chuck.
The WFLC-MQL tapping system is maintenance-free, therefore maintaining a high level of long-term efficiency.
